For March, I only took pictures of a few of my outfits so I’ll only focus on those in this post.
I have an intense love of home decor and interior design. Even though my husband and I I live in a rented apartment where we really can’t paint the walls, change the carpet or the kitchen layout, we try our best to make it as cozy and elegant looking a place as we can within our means. This involves some DIY’ing and that’s what makes it even more fun!
Growing up, I was always fascinated by fashion. The art of it, the colors and the confidence clothes can give you. But I admit I didn’t always feel comfortable exploring all these marvels because I was the “bookish” quiet nerd (although close friends would say I was more sassy than quiet).
In the ancient world, Greece to be specific, a chimera was a lion with the head of a goat coming out of its back and a snake for a tail. In other words, it was a hybrid and a fearsome one at that. It was also a really cool concept and it should come as no surprise that when the scientific community started exploring genetics, they adopted the term “chimera”.
