Some incarnation of this style has been making the rounds for over a year.  You can get different colors and heel heights.  I prefer the flats for saving my feet but dream of one day being able to handle a heel again… Anyway.

I bought the dupe because it was a good look-a-like and it gives me a chance to try the trend without breaking the bank.  If I get a lot of wear out of them, it totally justifies an upgrade.  For those of you that want a more secure fit, here’s one with a buckle.
